Located in a picturesque Styrian village lies this cozy house that gives a warm, welcoming feeling every time you open the door. When you enter the hallway, the first thing you see is the living room with floor-to-ceiling windows that make the room sunny and bright all day long. The fully equipped open plan kitchen and dining room with access to the terrace offer a wonderful green view of the green hilly landscape. On this floor, across the hallway, you will find the first double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and separate toilet. In this room you will find your private infrared sauna. This east-facing room offers the gentle morning sun. Back in the hallway, stairs lead to the first floor with two double bedrooms. One west-facing and one in the middle with views of the Styrian greenery. A spacious bathroom with jacuzzi and shower is available. The basement serves as a laundry room with access to the garage.
